Originally from Lakeville, Connecticut, Paul graduated from Boston University with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering where he also played on the Boston University Men’s Soccer team. Active in the community, Paul is a regular volunteer for the ALS Association of Massachusetts and ALS-One. Since 2007 the Roy|Tedeschi |Schmidt Private Wealth Management Group, in conjunction with Wells Fargo Advisors, has also been the lead sponsor of the annual Sugarloaf Charity Summit to benefit the Maine Cancer Society, the Martha B. Webber Breast Care Center of Maine, and the Dempsey Center.
In his spare time, Paul is an avid participant in many athletic activities including soccer, basketball, and cycling. He also enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife Kathryn and their 4 children, Madison, Owen, Kellan and Peyton as well as their loving Bernedoodle, Noodle.

Lauren joined the Roy/Tedeschi/Schmidt Private Wealth Management Group in 2007 and serves as our Wealth Planning Consultant. Lauren is responsible for operational and business oversight of the Roy/Tedeschi/Schmidt Private Wealth Management Group, Envision® Plan updates and reviews, communications and serving in the role as liaison between our clients and financial advisors.
Lauren's technical and professional experience is reflected by her Series 7 and Series 63 registrations. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire in May of 2006 with a B.S. in Business Administration and concentration in Finance. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family. Lauren lives in Braintree with her husband, Sean and her two kids, Michael and Isla.

With more than 18 years of experience in customer service and office management, prior to joining the Roy/Tedeschi/Schmidt Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, Elfidio worked in various positions within Wells Fargo Bank beginning in 2015 in the Washington DC area where he lived for 20 years. Elfidio moved to NH in 2017 where he accepted a position as Client Service Consultant with Wells Fargo Asset Management, as part of Wells Fargo Mutual Funds Distributors in Boston and obtained his series 7 and 63 registrations.
Elfidio gives back to the community by volunteering for A forever Home Animal Rescue Foundation from where he and his partner have rescued 4 dogs.
Elfidio values time with his family and friends and loves, swimming, traveling and hiking in the White Mountains of NH which reminds him of his childhood in his native Guatemala.
He is also fluent in English and Spanish.

Most importantly, Peter is committed to delivering the exceptional level of service that the Group was founded upon dating back to 1981.
Peter is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional having completed extensive training and continuing education requirements. He holds the Series 7, 63, and 65 securities designations and is licensed in Massachusetts for life, accident, and health insurance products. Prior to joining the Group in 2017, Peter worked for Columbia Threadneedle Investments, a Boston-based asset manager where he served as the Regional Sales Director covering North and South Carolina.
Peter graduated from the College of the Holy Cross where he majored in Political Science and was Captain of the Varsity Men’s Golf team. He continues to hone his skills and play competitively having won at the sport’s junior, collegiate, and amateur levels. Peter resides in South Boston and during his free time enjoys volunteering for the Francis Ouimet Scholarship Association, the Holy Cross Club of Greater Boston and the St. Sebastian’s Alumni Group.

Dennis joined Wells Fargo Advisors and the predecessor firm Wachovia Securities in 2002, after holding the role of Senior Vice President at both Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and Drexel Burnham Lambert.
Prior to earning his MBA in Finance and Economics from Babson College Olin Graduate School of Business, Dennis earned his BA in Economics from Lycoming College where he played on the men’s basketball team. J.R.’s experience includes working closely with clients, outside vendors, including multiple years of corporate travel and on-site support. His extensive background includes financial services, sales and marketing, and international logistics.
Having recently moved to Boston from his home state of Florida, J.R. is looking forward to experiencing New England. He enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling. In Florida J.R. shared his passion for his community by working closely with local homeless shelters and Pride organizations to participate in many outreach initiatives and hopes to continue this in Boston.
